Documentation technology - building house for laymen

Skills shortage no thanks! We want to enable low-skilled workers and DIY self-pickers to build house segments with lots of videos.

DIY self-pickup means a customer comes to the factory floor and has to assemble his house segment by segment himself and drive it to the building site with the trailer. New employees also have to be trained.

We will make videos in real work, but also work with 3D animations to explain all work processes.

These are not only for DIY self-pickers, but also for new employees.

Our goal is to have 80 production halls worldwide in 2026. That's easily 10 different languages. While the management of a branch can cope well with English, one cannot expect sufficient English skills among ordinary workers. These training videos will then be used in many different languages.
